Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I place an order?

You may place an order via the online bakery page and pay at check-out. Once received, I will contact you about completion time and pick-up. You may use Let's Chat on the bakery page and leave your order information, or via email at morganskitchen@icloud.com. I will send a link via email or text so you can pay by credit card.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

Orders must be paid in advance. After you place your order online, you pay at check-out. If ordering via Let's Chat or Email, I will send a link via email or text so you can pay by credit card.

Q: When will my order be ready?

Because items are made-to-order to ensure freshness, there is a 72 hour turn around time. In most cases, it will be ready for pick-up sooner. Please feel free to contact me before ordering. Time frame will depend on how many orders are ahead of yours.

Q: Is your kitchen allergen free

My kitchen makes a variety of desserts using dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat and soy. All website product pages have information stating what allergens are in the products. All product labels have detailed ingredients for safety.

Q: Do you sell gluten-free baked goods?

I am not a gluten-free kitchen. I do not make gluten-free products at this time.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with your order, I am happy to replace it with the same item. I do not offer exchanges.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. Once I receive an order, I begin plans for baking time and ingredients. Once cancelled, your payment will be refunded.

Q: How do I pick up an order?

Once the order is placed, I will contact you with a completion time and a local place to meet. I am in the process of finding a location for pick-ups three days a week during specific times to accommodate all of my customers. I will let you know when I do.

Q: Do you deliver?

I do not offer delivery at this time, only specific locations for pick-up.

Q: Do you ship?

I do not ship at this time.

Q: Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

I work with businesses and small events to supply baked goods and gift basket items for clients and employees. I am happy to work with you and will offer a discount based on your order size and time frame needed.

Q: Are you a licensed baker?

I am a licensed Cottage Food Bakery in the state of Georgia. I have a managerial level food safety certification from ServSafe.
