A tasty tuna treat for your kitty!
Ingredients
1 can “no salt added” tuna in water, drained
1 egg
1 cup oat flour, more for dusting
1⁄2 cup water
1 teaspoon fresh parsley
Small cookie cutter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2
Using a food processor, combine tuna, egg, oat flour, water and parsley. Pulse until a dough is formed. If it’s too sticky, add a little more oat flour. I used an extra 1/8 cup to firm up my dough.
Step 3
On an oat floured surface, roll out dough to 1⁄4 inch thick and cut shapes with a small cookie cutter. Place shapes on the parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving to your cat.

Step 5
Store in an air tight container, at room temperature, for two weeks. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
The amount of cookies will depend on the size of the cookie cutter. A small one is recommended.
Dogs love these cookies, too!!
