A tasty tuna treat for your kitty!

Ingredients

  • 1 can “no salt added” tuna in water, drained

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup oat flour, more for dusting

  • 1⁄2 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley

  • Small cookie cutter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Step 2

Using a food processor, combine tuna, egg, oat flour, water and parsley. Pulse until a dough is formed. If it’s too sticky, add a little more oat flour. I used an extra 1/8 cup to firm up my dough.

Step 3

On an oat floured surface, roll out dough to 1⁄4 inch thick and cut shapes with a small cookie cutter. Place shapes on the parchment lined baking sheet.

Notes

  • The amount of cookies will depend on the size of the cookie cutter. A small one is recommended.

  • Dogs love these cookies, too!!
